  • Occupancy: All occupancy levels are fine
  • Utilities: Both private and public utilities are fine
  • Park-Owned Homes: Park-owned homes are fine
  • Parks with big issues or turnaround: We like them
  • Age Restrictions: Both family parks and 55+ communities are considered
  • Geography: Will consider deals nationwide
  • Portfolio Acquisitions: Will consider portfolio acquisitions
